*Cancellation Policy — Cuts By Boostin

At Cuts By Boostin, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. We kindly ask that you follow the policy below to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients.

*Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting Youssef at 403-400-4577.

*Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals will result in no complementary hair styling with the service in order to stay on schedule for other clients.

*No-Show Policy

We reserve valuable time and resources for each scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show, or arrival more than 10 minutes late where rescheduling is required, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied.

Service prices are subject to change without notice.

*Special Circumstances

We understand emergencies and unavoidable situations can happen. If you’re unable to follow the cancellation policy, please contact Youssef as soon as possible. While we aim to be understanding, if notice is not given before your scheduled appointment time, a fee may still apply.
